The combination of an extraordinary staff and sound instructional programs is key to our success. We are proud participants of the Project G.R.A.D. program. ***New for the 2009-2010 school year: This year our Kindergarten will be operating on the same schedule as all other Knox County Elementary Schools. This is a change from the last couple of years where we were piloting a different schedule. Kindergarten students will attend school from 7:45a.m. until 1:00p.m, Monday through Friday. We are so excited for this schedule and know it is best for our students--our top priority! Once again, Lonsdale made AYP! We are so proud of our students and staff! In honor of our accomplishments, we will be having a celebration day on Tuesday, August 18th. We invite all parents, school officials, and community members to come celebrate with us and show support of our wonderful school! Remember, Lonsdale has a new dress code this year and we are extremely excited to show our school pride!
